| All jobs, regardless of size, are worked from start to finish without interruption. Our business process starts with a formal proposal followed by customer acceptance and a mutually agreeable start date. Each Agreement provides a detailed outline of the work to be performed along with applicable drawings. This data is carefully reviewed with the customer before the project starts. Our Agreement also provides a detailed list of customer selected and purchased materials specific to your taste and budget. Prior to signing our Agreement, you may select P&G's optional Customer Assistance Program and take advantage of our material selection expertise. All work is performed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM - with no interruption. |
